World of Warcraft Upgrades
Upgrades are parts that can be incorporated in equipment to give bonuses. Upgrades can include anything from stat boosts and increased proc chances of incredible effects on equipment to stat boosts.
The system for upgrading items is different from what you may be used to in other MMORPGs. This guide will cover the fundamentals of how it works and some tips and tricks.
Rerolling
A player can upgrade items such as trinkets, weapons, and armor up to level 9 by visiting an item upgrader NPC. These NPCs can be found by searching the map or talking to a merchant. Upgrading an equipment weapon or set piece will make the item stronger and gaining new bonuses. It can take a long time to gather the materials required to upgrade an item, but the rewards will be worth it.
To upgrade your gear you'll need a certain amount of Power Dices and Minerals. Power Dices are dropped by monsters in levels 21+ zones and can be acquired via the scavenging process or purchased from the item upgrader NPCs. Minerals and Erons can be gathered through crafting, or purchased from the NPCs that upgrade items. The upgrade process will also erase any previous upgrades, however the resultant items can be used.
When a player has reached a certain amount of upgrade items, they can reroll those items to acquire different sets of bonus stats. It is not a guarantee process, but it reduces the risk of spending money or resources for an unsatisfactory set. The item upgrader NPC is located in Central Flarine.
The upgrade pity system that was introduced in conjunction with the 2.6.0 gear overhaul, decreases the extreme variance in the chance of upgrading. This means that players have a greater likelihood of receiving the desired item of evolution when spinning a Pokestop or Gym.
Rerolling an upgrade is done by engaging with the upgraded item, and pressing the green button, followed by circular arrows. Rerolling is only available for upgrade items that haven't been equipped by any unit. It does not apply to the item from which the upgrade was created.
A player may also be able to get discounts on the upgrade cost of a particular item by rerolling the same item from the same upgrade track. For instance the rerolling of an upgrade from tier 4 to tier 5 will reduce the cost of upgrading other upgrades of tier 4 to the tier 5. Additionally that rerolling an upgrade a non-weapon to a weapon will lower the cost of rerolling other items to weapons in that upgrade track by a half.
Sets
A set is a collection of items that are distinct from one another. Sets can be grouped using a variety of methods. You can combine sets using the intersection, union, or symmetric difference. Each method has its own advantages and drawbacks. The union method joins together two sets, removing duplicate elements. It can also be employed with other collections, such as lists or tuples. The intersection method compares two sets and keeps only the items that are common to both. It can be used in conjunction with other operations, such as the & operator.
A list or tuple is a type of collection that permits duplicate values. Sets are distinct from other types of collection since they don't permit duplicate members. They are used to represent lists of data. Using the set to represent a list can save lots of space, especially when working with large datasets. Sets are easy to program, and they allow you to do advanced maths using Python.

Buying
Buying an item upgrade also known as "upping", refers to the process of adding a level to any equippable gear. This includes armor and weapons trinkets, trinkets, as well as gathering tools with an upgrade slot. Spending appropriate currencies on an item upgrader NPC is the best way to achieve this.
